What color should i paint my bathroom?

Question

I am painting my room pink 1/3 the way up the wall, and green the rest of the wall. I want to paint my closet the same pink, what color should i paint my bathroom? Is it ok to paint it a totally different color than the green and pink in my room?

it is ok to paint the bathroom a different color as long as the shade you choose coordinates well with the pink & green.

play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. yes that is ok, just make sure your colors flow.  If you look in all of the magazines, all of the rooms in the house now are different colors.  A really light yellow, or light tan would be nice

ya. if it is adjoining room though, then i would make it something that will compliment the colors. it does not have to be the same though.

Just painted mine, the color is a pale pale yellow, it is really pretty, you can put lite blue with this color to.

yeah, it should be about what you like, personaly i would go with soft green

i personally would go with a lavander purple but since u r doin pink and green try a soft yellow green trust me i am the pro at this stuff and i already have helped over 200 people with desining!!

I WOULD PAINT IT WHITE OR A NUETRAL COLOR AND THEN LAYER THE COLORS IN W TH YOUR SHOWER CURTAIN...TOWELS....RUG...EVEN PICTURES AND CANDLES

put lite blue to give it a water and ocean theme it goes really well with bathrooms! Whenever you take a bath it'll feel like your by a beach!
