  1. I say a light green to compliment the "lil touch of green" in your baseboards.  I have a lavender bedroom with a light green master bath and I use traces of both colors in each room to compliment each other.

  2. definitly do it white. It will match better if you deciede to ever change the color of the room. And if for some reason you need to sell the house, white would be the door. Well, or the color that the baseboard is. That way you wouldnt ever need to repaint it in that case.

  3. i think you should paint the door with cream or green colour otherwise like as u'. and  u think beter as me

    dear

  4. I think white would be more appropriate.

  5. What about a light green then? Your door *should* have a little pop.

    Good luck!

  6. Same color as the baseboard.

  7. Paint the door white , most trim work by rule of thumb should be painted the same otherwise you will have a confusion of colours , lavender walls and white trims or lavender walls and black trims, or lavender walls and navy blue trims, or lavender walls and yellow trims and so on , but don't paint the base boards one colour and the door another ! it will not go well together .

If you like France you could choose  the colours of Provence , lavender , blue ,yellow and white for your room, you could get yourself a nice print for the wall that as a field of lavender and change the blind with a white one , add a white sheer  and voila , you are now in Provence ! But the trim is white .

  8. pink or light blue

  9. play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

How about a pale purple like "veiled violet" (# 6268)?

You can also take a photo of your house & upload it to the makeover gallery on this website:

You can get color suggestions & they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can get an idea of what it will look like.
