  1. Either a light pink or a light tan and make it shabby chic!!!

  2. Your room is like a canvas. Before deciding, have you looked on some examples for rooms. There are two combinations of colors that I think you might like:

    1) blue/green

    2) pink/brown

    Both show maturity and calmness.

    I love this: http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/designers_portf...

Instead of lime green = put light blue or light brown

Instead of bright pink = put soft green or light light pink.

  3. You should pick one you like.  You can always change the color.

Well, I'm no good at this stuff... so probably won't be any help.

There are different colors of white.  Like very light pink, very like tan, etc.

Go with the color that will match your curtains, bed, etc.

Also, if you know you'll like the color, pick glossy paint!

  4. I think a pale green like "sprout" (# 6427) by Sherwin Williams would be a beautiful bedroom color. Very relaxing. Check it out:

Since you like old style country, then maybe do a western theme with horses & cowboys. It can be done very tastefully & maturely with the right artwork & accessories. The key is to find things that look like actual western scenes/items rather than a kid's cartoon style.

Or since you love alaska, then maybe decorate with Northwestern Indian art, blankets, baskets & pottery.

  5. I think you should do a pale yellow, soft green, or light blue. =]
