What color was your wedding?

I'm trying to find out what the most popular wedding color is right now? So what color was your wedding, what color did the brides maids wear?

my girls wore periwinkle blue.  My flowers were very bright, wildflowers...lots of yellows, pinks, oranges.  I got married in 2002

my colors were burgundy and ivory.  my bridesmaids wore a burgundy dress with an ivory sash.  then the guys wore a black tux with burgundy ties and vests.

I've been to 3 wedding this year.

The first- green, pink and white

The second- blue, silver and white

The third- didn't have wedding colours as such, but the bridesmaids wore blue-grey dresses.

I got married last september. I wore Ivory, my bridesmaids Dark Purple and Silver. They Guys wore black suits, shirts, vests with Matching purple ties. My husband work the same suit with Ivory vest, shirt and tie. Looked so beautiful. :D

I had the bridesmaids  wear black and they also choose their own dresses.  They all, six, looked beautiful and surprisingly each has worn the dress they chose again.  My only request were:  black in color, knee length and it had to be a dress that they felt good in. (My Friends and sister all have really good taste).

i got married exactly a month today, and the color was lavender, it's my fav color so i had to incorporate it in my wedding.

my colors are red chocolate and cream

these are my dresses for the girls.they are playing up the red and white and the accents are chocolate like around the white roses with one red one in the middle. mine will be red roses with white rose in middle.

Our colors for a July wedding were lilac, pink, yellow and light teal. The bridesmaids wore tea length white dresses - with little flowers in the forementioned colors scattered on the material.

I read that YELLOW was all over the spring 2008 runways..

Chosing colours is difficult.

To check out what is in fashion, simply jump online to check out (or run down to the newsagent to buy some) Bride magazines.

Firstly though you need to consider what season it will be when you are getting married (Winter, Summer, Spring etc..) and your favourite colours.

It will be odd having pinks, or bright and muted colours in winter, and in turn having dark moody colours in summer.

my wedding dress was a light cream color. so my colors were aqua blue and cream. the flowers were orange and hot pink. i didnt have bridesmaids but they would have been in aqua with cream sashes.

my wedding was pinks, chocolate brown, champagne, and gold. my brides maids wore tea length dresses in soft pink or champagne with chocolate sashes. the grooms men wore chocolate brown tuxes with brown vests, ivory shirts and pink or champagne ties (to match the girls) and pocket squares. the groom wore a champagne tux and vest with a brown tie and pocket square. i wore a ivory/champagne lace dress with pink accents. the flowers were all shades of pink. it was beautiful. i used the gold in decorating, i considered it the translation of the champagne, not quite an exact match but it was pretty.
