What color will work the best for me?

What color eyeshadow will look the best with fair skin and dark blue eyes. Not light blue but a dark blue.

i always blend a few colors together when i put on eyeshadow.  first, take a pale shimmer and brush it underneath the arch of your eyebrow and at the inner corner of your eye, next, take a medium toned peach color and sweep it along the crease of your eye.  maybe add a little deep purple liner for a night look.... finish with black liner

i would go with a dark purple, black, or a brown. copper is always good. you can try grey or white to pop your eye too.

Browns always look great with blue eyes.  Also several shades of green will be good too.  Plums do well with fair skin and also your hair color.

Go to a make-up counter in a department store and have them do a make-up application for you.  See what the professionals think.  You don't have to buy anything if you don't want to, and its free.
