What color would you suggest we paint our wall??

Question

We recently put in new flooring in the kitchen of our house. We have one very large wall that we want to paint, but we can not decide on a color!!! The floor is close to this color http://www.tarkett-floors.com/floors/site/en-US/topic/nafco/article/17702/article.asp

Our cabinets are a light/medium wood color, like the standard cabinet color! The appliances are mainly black or stainless steel! Thank you for any suggestions!

Does the place you got the flooring from also sell paint? If the answer is yes, then I suggest you go back with a left-over piece of flooring and ask them what color they think would be a good match. They should certianly be able to help you. Although I would go to several paint supply stores as each may have different suggestions.

play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. I think a medium gray like "fatigue" (# 7188) from their SandScapes faux finish collection might look good. And the sand texture would add another interesting element to the room.

something neutral as home buyers want to view a home as if it belongs to them, off white decor always looks great, just be sure to utilize a paint that is washable etc,
