What colors can I mix together to make the color blue?

I am going to make a tapioca desert this Friday and want to know which colors (food color) to mix together to get the color Blue. Any suggestions?

Tough color..its a primary...im not sure, but i think u could mix yellow and green...test it first...im not 100% sure it will work.

food coloring comes in blue... usually red, yellow, blue, and green in the box you can buy.

Why would you want to make tapioca blue?  Sounds awfully unappetizing.  Maybe you could just use blue candy sprinkles on top of each dessert dish.

Food coloring in bulk quantity is indeed available, but mostly by professional users, so you won't find it in a grocery store. Try your local restaurant supply store, which you can look up online or in the yellow pages, they do exist. You could also try a pastry or bake shop, or the bakery in your local supermarket and ask them where you can find it.

don't know if you can get it in time but my sister is a baker and uses this site

Green and Yellow make blue.

Blue, red and yellow are all primary colors which means pure color and not a combination of others.  Just how blue do you want your tapioca to be, a little goes a long way and I doubt you will need more than 5 or 6 mini bottles.

Blue is a primary color, you cannot make it.  You may try contacting a restaurant supply company to see if they have any suggestions.

Blue is a primary color so you're gonna have one heck of a time. I'm not sure it's even possible. Why not just actually BUY blue food coloring?

Blue is one of the primary colors along with red & yellow. You can't make a primary color.

Food color boxes usually come with the blue in it along with green, red and yellow.
