  2. Dogs can see in colour, but the colours are not as vivid to them as they are to us.

    They have difficulty with green, orange and red, but can distinguish blue, yellow, black and shades of grey.

    Greeny colours are seen as white and reddish colours as varying shades of yellow.

    Although dogs can detect movement better than us and can see better in the dark.

  6. I believe I read that dogs can only see in black and white, however I also believe that they can see different shades. My little dog got scared by a black lab and ever since then he's been afraid of any dog or person that is dark
