I have the same aqua headboard, purple quilt, and walnut dresser as the picture below and I want to know what color would go good on the walls, because my walls are white and I hate it.

  1. Violet or Chocolate Brown or Light Pastel-y Green

  2. make one of your walls

    black and white checkered

  3. aqua will go well with pearl... purpule is pretty but no where near aqua.

walnut is nutural . overall you have got a bad mix of furniture color and to be honest with you white is the safest color you could go with although i can see why you hate it I would probabley need sun glasses to look at the room myself, meanwhile you got two choices the least expensive one would be to get rid of the purpule cover and than youl have plenty of choices for wall color to mach with cover as long as it doesnt take away from the aqua head board.

second choice is to keep all the furnitur recover the head bored with a pad a new fabric that will match the purpule cover, and paint the walls either earthy green or very soft lavender

  4. I see violet/light purple

  5. im leaning towards purple as well but nothing so dark as grape.. possibly a darker lavender?

    kinda like this? http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t304/...

i dont know i think it would be nice but if you change comforters you want something that wont clash.. possibly green? http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m158/...

  6. tan.

  7. Absolutely, use a bright orangey-peachy-pinky color. It's so cheerful. I have a room that color, and EVERYBODY loves it. This will complement the aqua and purple nicely.

When I went to Home Depot to have it mixed, I had three guys helping me. We did a lot of negotiation because I wanted it bright, and they knew what to do to get the color I wanted--not too bright, and not too soft.
