I think that pale colors look great on dark skin tones! Soft pastel pinks, blues and greens. A white top and demin pants or skirt would be a great combination.

you need to take a mirror a big on in day light and take several pieces of clothing or blankets or cloth ,big,and put it on your chest,hold close to your face to see hao that particular color reflects on YOUR skin.you may find the whole palette of,say blue and greens are for you,along with gray and other tones of blue and green.or maybe pink and its family of shades...
