What colors of make-up would suit me?

I have light-medium brown skin

I am east-Indian

My eye color is medium brown

Purple makes brown eyes look great. As do orange or silver. The great thing about having brown eyes is that almost any colour looks fabulous.

Try this:

Shimmery purple eyeshadow, mascara and smoky eyeliner (with liquid at the top), a bright rosy pink blush, and a very shiny gloss.

for eyes, purple and greens are supposed to be great in bringing out the color.

i've heard that corals are great on brown skin. i use a blush from cargo called topeka that i love. i also have a great one called eversun from mac from their beauty blush collection. i also have a lipgloss from the heathrette collection called sockhop that's great.

I got the same thing going on but I'm Southeast Asian-

I'd go for rich cool (with a hint of warm) colors -for things like eyeshadow: plums, sapphires, emeralds, etc. or metallic shades like gold or bronze. I suppose a darker brown would be nice if you wanted some definition while looking a bit more au naturale. Perhaps even a shimmery white to outline the inside, with a LITTLE black to line the outside would be exciting.

Really pale (and for some reason popular) colors like powder blue is going to look tacky.

For blush and lipstick I wouldn't go too baby pinkish unless you want to look like you are trying to be white and I wouldn't go too burgundy unless you wanted to look like your mother.  Colors in between like slightly cool or slightly warm, rich reds would look nice.

I could be totally wrong by the way
