What colors should I choose to paint my room with?

I need colors that will look good all year round!

Nothing too dark or too bright!

red black and white...best of all seasons and its classy and you can make it fun

If you like warm sunny colors, go with peach walls and cream trim.

If you like serene quiet colors. use a milky turquoise or sage green on the walls with a pale khaki tan trim.

If you like girly colors, then a soft rose with white trim is pretty.

Go with what suits you best but get medium tones of the color that are somewhat muted and you'll be happier with them for a longer time.

play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find colors that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. I think a blue like "open air" (# 6491) would be pretty with "latte" (# 6108).

What is your personality. do you like more playful and brighter colors, or subdued and elegant colors?

if you like the more upbeat color scheme you could go with lime Green, turquoise, and brown. with the walls a lighter lime green.

or if you like elegant colors you could try a light pink, with Burgundy.

or you could have a pink and black scheme.

If you gave more info about your likes and interests you could probably get an answer more suited to you!
