What colors would look good?

i am going to paint my bedroom and have mauve vertical blinds which are fairly new, so i want to paint my bedroom a color that will coordinate with mauve- right now its kind of a pinkish, i want something bolder and brighter but not to over the top for a bedroom...

anyone have any ideas or color names???

a toned down yellow will add attitude and make the room seem brighter.  Yellow say happy, playful, yet with sophistication.

the right green(sorta pastel olive) says spunky and sophisticated.

Deep, mildly subdued orange gives a lot of attitude and punch.  It says fun, wild and brave.

fresh apricot but leaning toward the yellow side. look at 1436 or 1430
