  1. YELLOW SOUNDS GOOD

  2. hunter trial attire follows a similar style to hunter shows. Breeches/jodphurs can be any light, understated color. Beige, khaki, white, etc are all perfectly acceptable. Stay away from rust color breeches or any colorful ones. Blue or plaid etc are fine for schooling, but not for a show or trial. Have fun at the trial!

at most horse trials you will notice nowadays that many different colours of jodpurs are being worn. some beige, some white, fawn and banana yellow ones. as it's a local trial it should be fine to wear your yellow jodpurs. the riders where wearing beige and fawn at badminton and powderham. it doesn't seem to have to be so strictly white anymore. hope this helps

  4. Usually tan-ish with black boots & half chaps. If you look at pictures, you can usually tell what the norm is.

    Good luck in your trial!

  5. Normally a lighter coloured Jodphur is required.

If you have a colour in particular you are wanting to use, maybe something that goes nicely with your jersey you could try contacting the organizer and checking if they would be alright with it.

    Good luck btw!!
