What colour curtains would suit my room??10 pts best.

carpet is blue, walls newly painted white, curtains blue, built in wardrobe(altho changing doors soon to frosted glass) is white, dresser table is white and study table and shelves light coloured wood. please help 10 pts best.

Ceiling to floor window treatment, wall to wall in white. Would be very interesting to have a border around each panel. Inside panels in sheer, outside panels in silk or a silk blend to keep cost down. Expose sheers during the day and at nighttime close face panels for a dramatic look accented with soft indirect lighting

To stop the room being too monotone and cold, how about patterned blue and white curtains incorporating a third colour (maybe red).  You could then pick up the blue and red in cushions and other accessories.

I woul go with something that has a hint of red.  Pottery Barn has been showing curtains that are white with a thin red stripe.  Some white sheers with a subtle red accent color would be nice too. You could also so some Roman shades in red (good light blocker too) or white with red/blue accent.

Hi .you could use blue and beige and I would not add the red . I quit like sticking to one theme for each room.Otherwise ignore the carpet , do really colorfully curtains and bedding , you shouldn't notice the Carpet much.
