Question:

What colour do you see the same s*x?

Weird question! But.......I saw an interview with a comedienne who lived most of her life and identified herself as a L*****n, then ended up marrying a man and having children.

She said when she 'was a L*****n', "men appeared black and white to her, and women were all colours of the rainbow" and so that, essentially was what 'made' her a L*****n then. She was clearly incredibly happy in her life, had no regrets, and wasn't rejecting her life as a L*****n. Her closing argument was, not everyone is exclusively attracted to one s*x, i.e. you can't help who you fall in love with.

So, do you see the 's*x' that you are attracted to in colours of the rainbow, and the opposite s*x in black and white? Or is there something else you experience? : )

  1. i agree that not many people if any are 100% g*y or straight.

i never thought about people being set into anytype of catagory of how i see them. no one is black and white, each person i meet adds a new color to my life. some bright, some dark. (good/bad)

i'm pretty much g*y, tend to lean towards being bi still. so i guess we shall see who i end up sharing my life with.

  2. I never see other s*x or same s*x as colors, but I see them as feelings if that makes sense. I usually see men or women in the sense of happy or sads. For instance sometimes people strike me as happy, or light, or joyous, or unbent, or words and feelings like that. i never thought the colors though. Like if someone is sad or deperssed it comes though in thier being to me, like you cant hide your heart. Maybe Im weird though.

  3. I see g*y men as Purple (cause it is a fun, rich color)

Women as green (because ive always thought of that color as comforting)

Straight men as Gray (mainly because I dont really understand them)

Unless they are hot (then I see them as red)

  4. haha that's neat. no I don't see genders in colors, or with any real difference actually. but I'm bisexual, so you might get something more interesting from someone else :P

however, I do "notice" I guess you could say, women more. they just glooooowwwww

  5. I guess I would see women as black, just a friend. But no possibility of a real relationship. Men are white, because from white light you get all the other colors...

  6. straight men are gray

    women are red

    g*y men are purple

and lesbians are yellow....don't ask why lol

  7. okay i don't understand this qurestion cause i don't get the phenomenon but i wonder fi it's summat to do with synaesthesia. do the same people who see the s*x they are attracted to in colours see musical notes and days of the week as colours. cause i don't have synaesthesia and don't get any of this. helpful if someone replied just for my curiosity. cheers.

edit: interesting. no i have never really thought about this. none of my crushes have had auras for me. but i'm sure it's a thing that happens for some and just not for me.

  8. I associate men with the color blue...blue is my favorite color, it is what identifies men from birth, and of course there are blue balls when someone teases you.

  9. well, thats one way of looking at it.

  10. Thats funny because I was going to say that women are yellow or red and men are black or blue.

I did date a man for two years and he was orangey brown.

Interesting. Oh, and some women are white pale green or beige and I don't tend to fancy them!

I see numbers and letters and words in colours to it was an easy one to answer

  11. Transparent.

    "No color" that is.

    It's see through....

    Interesting question.

    Never thought about that!

    lol
