What colour dye should I use?

This is my hair colour -

heaps of blonde foils on top, dark brown underneath and brown regrowth from the foils)

I want to go this colour -

Will the blonde turn out a different colour then my regrowth and underneath colour? Should I dye over the blonde with a red then go over it with brown?

I live in Australia so what are some products you recommend?
