apply liquid black eyeliner (one with a thin brush) and rim your lower eye and half way through you top eyelid. gently swoosh the flick of the eyeliner to make a mini cat like effect. on your eyelid apply a light eyeshadow, and in the crease of your eyelid apply a soft yet darker eyeshadow to accentuate your eyes, and this will finally make them look bigger. curl your eyelashes and apply a good mascara to finish off.

oh i have the same eye color and i use either a darkish purple, or neon blue...try the Urban Decay neon blue eyeliner at Sephora with mascara on the top and bottom lashes...it usually looks good.

If you line your eyes with black- they will look smaller since you are making a "perimeter" around your eyes. If you do a med-light shade  and blend it out, then it is less of a "border". If you use opposite colors then it will draw more attention to your eyes.

Opposite of Blue is Orange

Opposite of Green is Red



You don't have to use bright orange and bright red eyelinersor shadows, but what about a color like:

bigger. The key to making eyes bigger is to focus on light shades. Dark ones will make eyes appear even smaller. Sweep a light shade over lid, then shade the outer corner of the lid and the crease with a darker shade. Line the outer upper and lower lids with eyeliner making sure to taper a bit outside the eye (elongating it). Lastly, a dab of white or cream shadow in the middle of the browbone will make eyes pop. (A word of warning: make sure brows are perfectly plucked, otherwise stray hairs will stand out as if lit by klieg lights).
