I believe it is clear. After all, we can see our reflection in it.

The glass in the mirror is generally colorless. There is a reflective silver paint at the back. Then there is the frame which can be of any color you want. Of course you can have colored glass of any color if you want a colored mirror. Then your face, clothing, etc. will have funny colors whenever you look into that colored mirror. Such a mirror would not help you to see what you really look like. Mirrors are meant to show you exactly what is before them. Therefore, nobody would want colored mirrors.
