keep it basic. avoid blues at all costs. browns bring out blue eyes. i have blue eyes as well and i use dark brown in the crease of the eye light peachy brown on the lid and right under the brow a white. oh! dont forget black [never brown] mascara!

whatever color you use, make sure to keep it soft so that it doesnt look weird against your pale skin. soft lilac, lavender, or brown would be best in my opinion
