What colour would you paint the outside of the box of a plant maze

im doing this: http://www.treehuggingfamily.com/build-a-plant-maze/

for my science experiment. i need to know what colours the maze would be painted. some people say to paint in cool colours(eg. blue purple) and some say warm colours(eg. red yellow).

  1. Since this is for a plant, why not paint it the colors of the plant and it's flowers? (if it has them).


  2. The artistic answer would be one of a few options.

    Analogous Color Scheme

    Monochromatic Color Scheme

    Complimentary Color Scheme

    In analogous, I would set the plant color as the primary, and use adjacent colors (if the plants are green, for example, i would use yellow and blue)

    Monochromatic, use different shades of the plants that are already in place.

    Complimentary, just look at a color wheel, and use the opposite.

    There really is no right or wrong in an opinion type answer like this...  but then again, I say that about fashion, and everyone I know says I dress terribly and have no fashion sense, so maybe I'm not the best source on this one.
