Depends on whether u want ripe ones or unripe ones, dearie.  Ripe ones come red and unripe ones in green...Very simple.  There is an yellow in between.  Just remember the traffic lights and u are safe :) As for blue and pink apples, they have yet to be discovered or invented or hybridized.
