My dress is white with pink-gold lining around the sweetheart neckline and a pink-gold sash, then very light pink detail on the bodice. Here's a link to it

What colours should the bridesmaids wear? and the groom and groomsmen?

  1. I would pick BM dresses in either the same pink or gold shades. Gold is probably the better pick because then you can put the groomsmen in gold vests, and use the same shade of pink in the BM bouquets, and the men's boutonnieres.

  2. Blue, and white Hydrangeas for flowers and sage green dresses. The  green goes with the gold and pink, and the blue will ground the colors.

  3. ok well don't try to use that pink gold color from your dress on anything else or anyone else.  pick an accent color and dress the bridesmaids in that, with the groomsmen coordinated with that color. I think clover green or lilac would go nice with your dress.  stay away from champagne or metallics though.

  4. I would say the bridesmaids should wear the pinkish color in the dress. Your groom should wear white tux with the pink detail.  The grooms men should wear black tuxedos some with the light pink cummerbunds and some with light gold cummerbunds.  The bridesmaids dresses should have a little black detail so that all of the colors flow.  Good luck.

  5. You could try to match the gold color in your dress. I think that would look very nice. Maybe something like this:

Here is a picture of the bridesmaids wearing light pink and gold.

Or, you could go with a nice light pink color. Like this:

Or - a nice chocolate brown or latte would look nice as well.

  6. The bridesmaids should have pink flowers and the soft taupe/golden/champagne color for their dresses--but not shiny fabric. (The champagne color is pretty much good to wear year round.)

You could also dress each bridesmaid in a different, but coordinating pastel color pulled from your dress--if your wedding is scheduled in the spring or summer.

The groomsmen can wear a dark charcoal-colored suits, taupe/golden/champagne vests with pink lapel flowers.

  7. i'd think anything with softer colors.

a soft toned yellow, maybe. it'd go with the gold nicely, i'd think.

maybe beige and cream colors too.

  8. The obvious choice would be light pink or champagne, but instead, I would go for a contrasting color. Consider green... that could very lovely with your romantic-looking dress. And it doesnt need to be bright or dark green, it could be light like sage.

  9. I would buy the bridesmaid dresses the same color pink as the pink on your dress.

I would get the groom and the groomsmen to wear black slacks and the same color shirts as your bridesmaid dresses. This would look good.

  10. I think pink or gold for the wedding party to coordinate with your dress.

  11. I would get B/M dresses in either gold or pink and then a coordinating sash.  Groom and groomsmen should either wear dark chocolate brown or black tux with pink boutineers...groom should have white boutineer.

  12. men: black suits (accent with ladies' colour or stick with black & white)

ladies: chocolate brown or rich blue or deep purple

  13. the bridesmaids should wear strapless dresses but that are blunt across in the champagne color. The groom and groomsmen should be traditional and wear black tux but the vests should be white and champagne perhaps with a champagne tie.
