What colours should i re-paint my bedroom in?

I am 13 I have a small bedroom with two small walls and two long walls. At the moment it is all pink but i want something more modern. Any idea's?

You contrast your wall with pink And dark maroon color.

or

use Dark Voilet color with the pink combination.

Other wise Color combination is depend on the mood I dont now about your nature.

Be innovative.  Please go for contrast.  I think Orange on smaller walls and matching light shade on the bigger ones will make your room very cozy.  Just try.

Light pastels are always a good option....go for a nice duck-egg blue....or aqua colour...or maybe a warm beige/gold colour....they are always a good choice....and if you want to change your bedding or curtains etc. then you don't have to re paint the walls.

In my bedroom I have a feature wall which is a medium purple and then the rest of the walls I have done magnolia, I put up sheer purple curtains and purple accessories like cushions, vases and rug etc all in different shades of purple, I always get complimented on it from my friends saying its modern and grown up. maybe a lilac colour or do one wall as a theme wall ebay have got wallpaper that as murals on it you could look there then paint the other walls to go with it

If you use pastel shades your room will feel bigger. You could buy a tin of dark coloured emulsion & a large tin of white emulsion & mix it to your own taste.

That's what I did with my daughter's bedroom, she chose a purple shade & I mixed the paint into a shade she liked, then we co-ordinated her soft furnishings accordingly.

( Blues & purples are more restful colours )

Well it depends on what color your bedspread and other things in your room are,but what I would do is paint two of the walls that are parallel to each other a light or lime green then the other two walls a purple or hot pink. Also if you want to make your room look bigger try hanging up a mirror.

How about if you put wallpaper on one wall to create a focal point and paint the rest of the walls a similar colour. Creams and browns are nice in bedrooms. But it really depends on your age. If your younger id go for a brighter colour.

You obviously like pink so I would paint it A pale pink maybe Rosebud and then make one of the shorter walls A bright Pink maybe Lollipop...This will make it look larger also a Full length mirror hanging on the Bright pink wall will make your room more appealing and will turn the wall into the feature wall.

I'm 14 and i have 2 white walls and 2 sky blue walls. And my carpet is a sand colour. It's like the beach. It's quite cool and you can match a lot of stuff with it. :)
