I have pretty fair skin, the mac foundation that I have is NC15, which is basically the lightest shade... it looks like http://www.maccosmetics.com/templates/products/shade.tmpl?SKU_ID=SKU23943

What colours would look good with my pink/yellow undertone.

I know it sounds weird to have both, but I've always had a pink undertone, but I'm anemic and I've started noticing a yellow like tone in my skin :( I'm not sure if it's in my face too, but anyways yeah...

tnx.

btw in the summer I use NC20 because I get a little tan. ;P But i'm going back to my other one soon.

  1. blackkkkkkk

  2. if ya wanna be crazy:

bright pink & bright yellow (:

and then dark blues, beiges, golds, and marroon colours will suit you fine :)

    even greens are okay (:

the good thing about fair -> light skin is that most colours go with it

AVOID black as it will make you look too pale :)

    blush ; peach -> rosy pinks! :D

    lips ; nude peach :)

    hope that helped sweetheart .

  3. when using concealer always remember this:

    green evens out pink

    purple evens out yellow

so i would start out by going to a drug store or pharmacy and buying a green concealer stick (works PERFECTLY for blemishes, too).

blush:  i don't like the look of blush generally unless you're using it to contour (i.e. giving the look of high cheek bones), which means you want to go for something darker then your normal skin tone.  i have very, very pale skin, too, so i use something like this:

make a fish face in swirl your brush in a "c" pattern where your cheeks are sucked in.

eyes:  powder first.  with your skin tone, i would suggest a peachy/brown for your eye.  start with a light peach and dust over your eye lid.  then, take a darker (but warm) brown and brush over the crease of your eye and underneath your eye.  next, take black eyeliner and (depending on your mood) draw a thin or thick line from along your lashes.  on a pale face,  you really want your eyes to pop, and the MOST important thing is your mascara.  i swear by maybelline's lash stylist comb mascara in "very black".  put on two coats of that and you're good to go!

i'm thinking these colors for your eyes:

side note: eyebrows are so important to a well balanced face! i HIGHLY suggest buying a eyebrow pencil ESPECIALLY if you have a pale face because eyebrows will keep you from looking washed out.  way too many people skimp on this step.
