I`m currently renovating my basement and after we`re done we are painting. We have decided to paint one of the walls the shade Pomodoro. It is below.

What colour do you think we should paint the rest of the walls?

  1. I think a tan or creme would look really pretty. Thats a beautiful color

  2. http://www.behr.com/behrx/workbook/

check out that site, it  will help a lot

  3. a chocolate brown would work or if you want to brighten it up a nice golden yellow. Although I think black as wall paint is totally under estimated. Also on the color wheel, green is a complimentary color for red, you might be able to get away with it if you use other colors as well (and the right shade of green). Good luck in your renovations.

  4. go with a nice shade of orange to make it POP!

  5. wow, you chose such a GREAT color! since this is a basement you have so many different ways you can go when planning a design for the room.

If you want it to be simple, but still look good. I would suggest a neutral. Such as a dark tan or chocolate brown color

If you want it to be a little funky, and fun, you can use its complimentary color, which is green. This color combination CAN look good if you choose the right tint or shade as well as intensity.

I hope this helped, good luck!
