What comes first, the garter toss or the bouquet toss at weddings?

I am getting married in a month and want to know what comes first?

As far as i've been to a few too many weddings, i've seen the bouquet being tossed first then the garter next...Congratulations

The bouquet goes first.  Then the garter.  I have been to a few weddings where they had the person who caught the garter put it on the person who caught the bouquet.  But that is completely up to you if you want to take it that far.

the bouquet toss comes first, then the garter toss is second, afterwards, the person who caught the garter, puts it on the person who caught the bouquet.

most of the time the bouquet then the garter, but you can do it either way. Tradition has it that the manwho catches the garter puts it on the leg of the woman who caught the bouquet...
