What comes on a nachos bell grande?

At taco bell. I remember when I would order them through the drive thru. It would come with chips, cheese, beans, beef, tomatos, green chives, and sour cream. Now it looks like they took some of that stuff away. I noticed the green chives got taken off everytime I order them and maybe something else. Are all Taco Bells doing this?

Funny you should mention this, because I ordered them the other day and they were missing the green onions too. I thought that taco bell had made a mistake, but I guess not!

Apparently, Taco Bell stopped serving Chives/Green Onions after a E. Coli scare in 2006.
