What common foods have a lot of protien?

Im trying to gain muscle mass by eating a lot and hiting the gym hard. I take protien wieght gainer and creatine but with my metabolism this is not enough to gain wieght. I was wondering what foods that people normally have at home would include a lot of carbs and protien. I already eat peanut butter whole wheat bread/pasta milk what else would be a good healthy choice?

  3. Unless you're vegetarian, meat is probably one of the best protein sources out there. Otherwise, you can use different types of lentils, which also have a high protein content, and soy is also a great alternative. Avocados and grapes also contain protein.
