What companies in the Uk are likely to sponsor me to do a CPP course?

I don't know whethere it is worth asking B&Q (I work for them) but I Really want out.

I want to go into human resources but aparently it's really tough and my fiances mum told me to do the CPP but its like £1,500 (ICS.com unless any one knows cheaper.)

I REALLY want to get into this line of work, any one got any ideas?

The NHS run a number of Graduate Schemes including Human Resources. See attached link.
