  1. Well, Vespa would be one, but they are quite pricey.  Kymco offers some great scooters and they are a lot less than the Vespas.

    STAY AWAY from any Chinese-built budget-scooters.  They are large in number and low in quality!

  2. Kymco, for the price it is one of the best. I agree with David call a scooter shop and test ride one.
