  1. you should check with the hotel you are staying they usually have tours or places  they can recommend companies!

    He will pick you up at your hotel, take you to all the sights, and I believe his fee is about CP$15,000/hour [US $6.00]. Absolutely reliable, his English is excellent, and he will not steer you wrong.

    Also, you get the best exchange rates using an ATM [it is called ATH there].

    Commercial "tours" in my experience are just extended shopping trips - you will be dumped at some sightseeing place, then besieged by street vendors until your tour guides have made enough commissions. Mario doesn't do that.
