I live in London, england. However, I have a lot of clients in Toronto, Canada. I would like to have a phone number that my clients can call in toronto but it woudl ring in london. What companies offer this serivce. What is it called? what are the prices approximately?

You could try Vonage or another IP-based phone service. My parents used to have a Toronto number that rang in Ohio with Vonage. Not expensive, either.
