depends, many pros mix and match different things like a nikon lens, cannon scope, etc.

arriflex is one of the major ones.  Quite expensive.

Panavision makes a lot of cameras and fantastic lenses, however these are not for sale.

Panasonic makes some great stuff for broadcast and low budget stuff as does Canon.  However these are video, not actual film.

Films are usually shot on actual 35mm film.
