Question:

What company makes the widest pointe shoes?

I am looking to find pointe shoes to wear during a play. I will NOT be dancing in these shoes other than one pique per performance, so they don't have to be perfect, but wearable. I don't have a dance store near me to go for a fitting, so i'll make do with what i can get online.

I danced en pointe for about 5 years when I was younger, and back then I wore sanshas and... I think a discontinued capezio style. However, as I've gotten older, my feet have gotten a LOT wider, and the one tiny dance store near me only carries capezio and bloch, and doesn't stock wide sizes. I am also looking for a style with a low vamp, as I've always found that to be the most comfortable.
