What company or store will paint my bicycle?

Yep. Take the bike completely apart and take it to a local auto body shop.

There is a shop that will primer and paint in my area for $50- if the frame has been stripped of paint and you are willing to accept the color of a car they are painting that day. When I use them- which is rarely- I try to find out when they are doing cool colors and bring my prepped frame then.

"GTA"??? Well, anyway, this isn't going to be cheap. To do it right the bike needs to be stripped down to the frame,and then all of the paint removed. Costs about the same as to have a car painted.
