What company will edit and tape my music video for $30?

Unfortunately no legit establish company can afford to do so. I'm not sure if you're talking about a vid you're creating? If so and you have only $30 I suggest 2 things:

1- Go to a film editing school and post an ad at a bulletin board or talk to someone in administration and leave your number. Film students might be delighted at the opportunity and do it for free, or strongly appreciate the $30. They can also turn in quality work, so don't let the fact that they're students deter you...just don't pick someone who's only been there for a couple months, ha!ha!

2- Post an ad on Craigslist in your town, under "gigs" or "film/video". Look over the categories and decide which is best for you.

Probably none. I hate to tell you this, but filming and editing takes a lot of time and a lot of expensive equipment. If you are only looking to spend $30 your best bet is to borrow a camera from a friend or parent, and then use windows movie maker or iMovie, depending on whether or not you have a mac of a pc.

nobody will do this for 30 bucks, but im a nice guy if you could get it filmed i might edit it for you for free, im a pro editor that uses final cut pro, mostly do weddings, wedding season hasn't started yet so haven't had much stuff to edit lately
