What computer dvd software plays VOB files? 10 EASY POINTS!?

i have a dvd that wont play on my dvd player thats connected to the tv, OR the one thats on my laptop, is there a dvd software that will let me play it. oh btw the type of video file is .VOB

WinDVD can play .VOB files.

Use windows media player, if that doesn't work it could be a PAL disc from overseas.

They don't play in the U.S.
