  3. One of them is that the surface air temperature is equal to the dew point. For example, the temperature is 51 degrees and the dew point is the same.....this is how you get one of the most visible forms of condensation...fog.....in most cases.

  4. Specifically the surface on which condensation will occur is at a temperature at which the partial pressure of water in the air is above the vapour pressure at that temperature.

  5. Warm air needs to meet cold air.  If the air is cold ouside and your house is warm inside, condensation will form on the inside of your windows.  It it is cool inside because you have aircon, and it is very warm and humid outside, then you can get condensation on the outside.
