What consequences there are by watermarking other's image from websites such as flickr? I'm going to use it for my website. I heard the worst consequence I would get is an email to inform me that the image is theirs?

  1. You are not allowed to copy photos from Flickr.  This is stated in Flickr T & C. Your account will be terminated if you do so.
