  1. eggs, your choice of meat (bacon or sausage) and your choice of bread (toast or buscuits) and gravy if you choose biscuits. Yummy! Now Im hungry! hehe :)

  2. According to my box of Frosted Flakes, a complete breakfast is a glass of milk, toast, apples, and a bowl of Frosted Flakes, with Tony the Tiger sitting at the table with a napkin tied to his throat.

  3. fruit, milk, cereal or pancakes or waffles etc. People rarely eat that though. A lot of my friends eat horribly. Shame on them.

  4. A spanish omelette (for the vegetables) with whole wheat toast (grains) and a glass of orange juice (fruit).

  5. I eat half a bagel with a thin spreading of cream cheese and jam and a cup of tea with skim milk.  That gets me one unit for bread, fruit, dairy, and fat.  Since I eat salads with lots of veggies and some protein every day, I don't think my breakfast is incomplete.

  6. 2 starches, 1 protein, 1 fruit and 1 dairy

    2 starches = pancakes/ 2 slice of toast/ french toast/ cinnamon roll/ bagel/ a muffin

    1 protein= 1 egg/ 1 tbsp of peanut butter

    1 fruit = juice/ fresh fruit

    1 dairy= milk/ yoghurt/ cream cheese

  7. coffee and a pack of Marlboros......
