The ultra small bobcat type equipment will do this well. They are often available at commercial rental centers and anyone can operate one easily. If you are pouring concrete containment weirs you can also rent small cement mixers, although a project of this size would be easier and cheaper to just have it delivered if you are ready with all the forms for a single pour. You can rent reusable forms too.
