Elevators for descent, rudder and airlerons for turning, flaps for slowing down and additional lift/lower stall speed, rudder if it's a crosswind landing until flare then straighten out and use aileron into wind.  Trim when lowering flaps, ground spoilers/lift dumpers to keep you firmly on the ground and leading edge slats if aircraft is so equipped.  Basically, all control surfaces are used in various configurations at different times of the approach and landing.

  4. Every surface.  Flaps, rudder, ailerons, elevator, even trim.  As well as power.
