What cord do you use to hook up a panasonic video camera to microsoft movie maker?

or can i use the mini dvd and put it right into my computer. I tried that but i couldnt get it to save to file correctly. The model of the camera is (VDR-D210) thanks!

you will need to finalise the disc first before putting it into another device like an external or internal dvd player.

most cams use USB 2.0 or better firewire to transfer the files.

you can use a finalised disc and edit if you like bu tht e picture quality is going to be even lower. best to take the less compressed image directly off the disc via the camcorder connected with fw or usb.

You need to edit with another program such as NERO. Or convert the video file form your DVD into something that Movie maker can understand like .wma ... Sorry but these are your only options. Good luck!!
