What could I do to prove who the intruder to my money box is?

Find somewhere else to hide your money sweetie. Why not buy a locking cash box that you have the only key with you at all times. You could do all the usual stuff, like marking the money and setting up video surveillance, but what would happen if you caught the person? Remove temptation and put a little note in the money box saying, " caught you! " or similar.

find a kind of ink that is really hard to get off.

i mean the kind that ends up being on for like 2+days

put it around the rim of the money box so when they put their hand in

Before following advice of any of us here, ask the police about legalities.

If you have some booby trap that is designed to disable a large adult male, and the actual intruder is a child who is seriously injured, the legal and financial consequences for you could be astronomical.

Check out the pricing on private detectives.  They have expertise in this type of topic.  Maybe you could arrange that part of their fee be a percentage of the money that gets recovered, instead of their usual $ 500.00 a day.

Consider a double layer of spy stuff ... crook finds and disables one, not aware of the others.

Discuss with your insurance agent whether your general security against intruders is reasonable, or should be upgraded.

2 things.

1.  Get a spy camera, you can find them on the internet.

2. Get an exploding paint bomb.  Take everything out of the box and put the paintbomb in it, rigged to explode if the box is opened.
