Use a conditioner after shampooing and apply while hair is damp, a tiny amount of hair shine serum or leave in conditioner, or a light gel if you want more control. Do not overbrush your hair. If you blow dry, aim the dryer downward and never upward to keep the cuticle smooth and laying flat. It is also a good idea to wait for the hair to partially dry before blow drying to avoid as much damage as possible.
