What could I do to wake up in the morning and to keep me going through the day?

I am always sleepy when I get up of a morning I try and drink pop but it doesn't work. I have to be careful what I take because I am alergic to so many things so I need a little help with this problem I am having what can I do?

  1. After you wake up, exercise. Go for a jog or something. You will feel awake and have more energy for the rest of the day.


  2. Do everything you can to get quality sleep (go to bed early enough, limit noise and light as much as possible in your room, etc.)  When you wake up, have water and a high protein breakfast, not a pop.  Egg whites or peanut butter are fairly easy choices, but a protein bar or shake works if you are pressed for time. These two things will work together to raise your energy level.

  3. you probably aren't going to sleep early enough at night. try changing the time you go to bed, maybe you need more sleep than you are getting.

  4. Often, when you are tired every morning, it is because you are dehydrated. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, no exceptions.  Another common problem is snoring. Many people snore themselves awake during the night and never know it. They wake up tired and don't know why.

  5. COCAINE!!!!!!
