What could I do with the 250 acres of land I own?

Should I sell it? Or attempt to make something out of it. If so, what?

i know someone who bought 150 acres beachfront land in the 60's for $150,000, its now worth $40,000,000 million.

what he did was put pipelines in. water and electrical, built roads etc the process of that made it's value. because it can become a commercial site, EVERYONE will be interested. if you have the money build roads, and set up electric and water, if not auction half of it off.

you can build hotels, apartments, anything you want it depends where it is, if its farmland, on the beach, in a commercial area, industrial area, residential area etc

you can also sell it all, then start a business or company based on what you think you will enjoy doing.

subdivide, put in in roads, sewers, water, electric........

just wait until the economy turns first

if your a sports person a football feild

or if your a gardening person a big garden

or if you have kids make a playground for them

That is a lot of land.  Sell some and keep some for yourself.  That way you get some money and can hold on to some of the property to do with it what you wanted to.
