What could I draw to give a newborn to put in there room?

There is a newborn coming along in the family and I was just wondering if you have any ideas or websites with picture ideas on them to draw for a newborn to put on their wall.

Newborns can recognize a face, so draw a colorful smiley face, like the ones at Wal-Mart. They also respond to bright primary colors, not soft pastel colors.
