What could I get for driving with a mid range 0.095 blood reading with two previous drink driving charges?

Question

I am in Sydney NSW Australia. The two previous drink driving charges were over 15 years ago. To get this 0.095 reading I had 2 cans of bourbon and coke and 5 stubbies of VB, that was approx. 8.30pm I stopped drinking and at 3am drove and was then breath tested. I thought I would be ok after 6 hours.

Theres no excuse for drink driving I hope you go to jail, anyone who endangers other people like that are selfish and deserve all they get

Not sure what they might do where you are but in the US they are really strict about that. I have a friend who has had this happen to her she did 10 days in jail but they let her out in 5 days. Good Luck!

Oh geez good luck.  Here in the US or at least in my state if both of the convictions are over ten years then they treat it likes it your first one for jail time and felony considerations.
